Your agreement to use Atlas Lingo

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Atlas Lingo (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Atlas Lingo provides automated feedback on IELTS Writing tasks. Our Service analyzes essays and provides practice band score estimates and improvement suggestions.

3. Important Disclaimer

The band scores provided by Atlas Lingo are PRACTICE ESTIMATES ONLY. They are NOT official IELTS scores and should not be considered as such. Actual IELTS scores are determined solely by official IELTS examiners.

We are not affiliated with IELTS, British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment.

4. User Accounts

  • •You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • •You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • •Submit essays that are not your own work
  • •Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • •Attempt to reverse engineer our feedback system
  • •Abuse the free trial offer (one per person)
  • •Share account credentials with others

6. Payment Terms

  • •Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • •Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • •All sales are final, subject to our Refund Policy

7. Intellectual Property

  • •Your essays remain your property
  • •Feedback generated by our Service is for your personal use
  • •The Atlas Lingo brand, logo, and technology are our property

8. Limitation of Liability

Atlas Lingo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to exam results or scores.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
