Free Trial
Your first essay feedback is completely free, with no payment required. This allows you to evaluate our service before making a purchase.
Paid Feedback - Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- •Technical failure: Our system failed to generate feedback due to a technical error on our end
- •Service not delivered: You paid but did not receive any feedback within 24 hours
- •Duplicate charge: You were accidentally charged twice for the same essay
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- •Dissatisfaction with the band score estimate
- •Disagreement with the feedback provided
- •Change of mind after purchasing
- •Feedback that has already been delivered successfully
- •Essays submitted with incorrect task type selected
How to Request a Refund

- 2.Include your email address and essay ID
- 3.Describe the issue you experienced
- 4.Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
Refund Processing
- •Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- •Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- •You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
Subscription Refunds (Future)
When subscription plans are introduced, they will be billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds will be provided for partial months, but you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

If you believe a refund request was unfairly denied, please contact us to discuss further. We review each case individually and want to ensure fair treatment for all users.
